1. What are the soap's ingredients? Ingredients: Cocos Nucifera Oil, Elaeis Guineensis Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius Oil, Glycerin, Aqua/Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Fragrance, Sorbitan Oleate, Avena Sativa Protein Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Mica.
Ingredients (Common Name): Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Fragrance, Sorbitan Oleate, Oat Protein, Titanium Dioxide, Mica. *Some bars contain Goat Milk and Walnut Shells, they are clearly noted on the webpage and physical soap label.
2. Do you test on animals? Spotlight Body absolutely does NOT test on animals at any stage of the development or manufacturing process.
3. I have sensitive skin. Can I use this soap? All skin types are beautifully unique. While our soaps are more natural and less harsh than commercial detergent bars, it is best to do a patch test to determine your skin's sensitivity.
4. What do I get in my subscription box? You will receive four full sized soaps every month.
5. Can I choose which soaps I get? Not at this time but we are working to bring this feature as soon as possible. In the meantime, enjoy the surprise of discovering new scents every month! You can also purchase your favorites individually under the "SHOP" tab.
5. When will I be charged for my box? You will be charged once a month on the anniversary of sign up. For example, if you sign up on March 8th, you will be charged on March 8th, April 8th, May 8th, etc.
6. When will my box ship? Your subscription box will ship within 2 business days of signup. "Business days" are considered Monday-Friday BEFORE 5pm PST. For example, if you subscribe on Monday March 8th, your box will ship by March 10th and will arrive within 1-3 business days through USPS (domestic).
7. How much is shipping? Monthly subscription boxes ship free within the US. All other purchases ship according to the posted rate at checkout.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If product was received damaged or in error, please email email@example.com to resolve.
